Dick Hardy founded The Hardy Group after nearly 30 years of service to the church as an administrative pastor, church business administrator, chief operating officer, pastor of ministry development, non-profit executive director, and college vice president. This experience affords Dick a vast network of pastors and friends from coast to coast, from district superintendents to pastors leading their first church. With this network and his experience at two leading churches, the para-church culture, and Christian higher education, The Hardy Group is ready to serve your organization. A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa (1976), Dick was ordained in 1999. He served for a number of years in the National Association of Church Business Administration, two years as the national president. A strong advocate of community involvement, Dick served for nine years as a public school board member in Johnston, Iowa, one year as president. Dick and his wife Pat celebrated 32 years of marriage together and are still crazy about each other!By profession, Pat serves as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Jordan Valley Community Health Center. Dick and Pat are the proud parents of Jonathan (27), assistant pastor at James River Assembly in Ozark, Missouri and Erin (24), executive assistant at Jordan Valley Community Health Center in Springfield, Missouri.  Jonathan and his lovely wife, Ashley are the newlyweds of the family.  Erin is married to the finest son-in-law a family could ask for, Caleb Masterson. Frankly, the Hardys love God and love each other. When you meet them, you will become fast friends at once!
