Church Assessment and Review:
Dick will assess your church measuring the strength of eight critical
indices (church services, morale, governance, spiritual vitality,
hospitality, discipleship, conflict management, and readiness for
ministry), identify obstacles for growth, and provide recommendations
and accountability for moving forward.
Compensation and Benefits Analysis: A complete review will be performed of pastor and staff compensation: salary and benefits. The Hardy Group will utilize national and regional comparisons. Confidential counsel and recommendations will be provided to the senior pastor and board as suggested by the senior pastor. As well, a comprehensive review of the Performance Evaluation tools in place will be made and implementation of new evaluations will be put in place as needed.
Staff Evaluations: The Hardy Group will prepare criteria for measuring staff performance specific to the client church, set in place a regular evaluation schedule, and design evaluations that reduce or remove employee anxiety and promote enthusiastic performance enhancement that connects performance to the vision and mission of the church.
Staff Pastor Placement: A loss of one good tithing family as a result of a staff hiring delay or misfire can be costly beyond measure. Therefore, the ministry recruiting arm of the church can cease to consume the senior leader’s time. The Hardy Group puts its network to work for the good of your church. The church creates the parameters of that which they seek in terms of staff positions and The Hardy Group goes to work. We will do all we can to find your church the best in staff pastors; those committed to the mission and purpose of your church, those committed to you!
Church Secret Shopper: Dick will provide on-site visits reviewing your weekend services and be your Church Secret Shopper. This service provides great insight on your church from an outsider's perspective. Dick will review security in the children's area (how easy is it to get to children), visit with staff, evaluate hospitality, and much more. After his visit(s), you will receive a report and recommendations for making your services more inviting to guests. Click here to learn more.
Associate Pastor Placement: Minimize or eliminate the headaches of finding an associate pastor for your church. Years of ministry have provided Dick with a large network of pastoral candidates ready to serve. Utilizing this service will gain access to this network and open the doors to a pool of qualified candidates that meet your identified needs. Additionally, you will receive over 10 pages of the candidate's leadership profile as well as their resume and reference checks. Further, for finalist candidates, both criminal and credit background checks will be provided.
Pastor/Board Retreats: Dick will bring new perspectives and life to your meetings whether they are for planning, dreaming, or team-building. His experience as a facilitator and planner is guaranteed to make your retreat more exciting.
