The Evaluator
The Hardy Group purposes to identify line items for reduction in your 2010 church budget. Here is how it works. The church submits income and expense reports from 2007-10 to The Hardy Group.
The Hardy Group will go through the budget line by line and find areas for reduction. The church agrees to pay The Hardy Group a fee ranging from $295 to $695 depending on the size of budget. In exchange The Hardy Group agrees to identify 10 times the fee in budget reductions; $2950 to $6950.
The Coach

Now there’s help. The Hardy Group has developed the Church Budget Coach specifically for senior pastors. We purpose to help you navigate the often treacherous waters of shrinking budgets and increased expectations.
Dick Hardy has done budgets at two mega churches, James River and Des Moines First. Now he is offering to help you.
